Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience in such cases.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, and external factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Natural disasters or force majeure events

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at official.koneseven@gmail.com with your order number and supporting images (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
